Custom Frames

Custom aluminum frames provide the foundation required to perform the screen printing process and produce a quality screen, ensure flatness and tension control. Corner gussets and pre-bow options are available in a range of channel sizes from .5" x 1" to 2" x 5" with a .125" wall thickness for solid, lightweight, long-lasting frames. Ultra-light aluminum frames are also available with a rounded edge design and .075" wall thickness.
