Only Schilling Graphics provides Computer to Screen (CTS) capabilities.  By eliminating the need for film, large format screens can be produced without having to splice film pieces together, ensuring first-generation quality and no "surprise seams" or "sawtooth" images when you take an image to full or large-size.

  North America's largest Computer To Screen (CTS) screen making system AND large-format film capabilities. Regardless of your production requirements, Schilling Graphics can make large and small-format screens with CTS technology or single-piece film. CTS eliminates the need for film, providing first-generation quality and consistency for screen images as large as 120" x 165". If your process does require film, Schilling can deliver single film, large-format screens as large as 94.5" x 62" or as small as 24" x 24" with image location within .003 inches.
